Question: What payment methods do you accept?
Answer: We accept Visa and Mastercard and Discover. We also accept payment using the secure online services of Pay Pal. A Pay Pal account is not neccessary to use this service.
Question: What method of shipping do you use?
Answer: We ship all orders by way of UPS or USPS.
We will determine the best method to use based on your order. If you have a preference in your shipping method, please note on your order in the "Special Notes" section of the order form.
Question: How long does it take before I will receive my order?
Answer: You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped. Usually 5 - 7 business days.

Question: How can I be notified when new products are available?
Answer: If you would like to be notified of new products and other updates, please join our Newsletter. (see left column to join)

Question: What is your return policy?
Answer: will replace merchandise that is determined to be damaged, or for any errors made in shipping.
